Who we are

These terms cover orders placed on printnation.co.uk with Print Nation. Questions? Email [email protected].

Orders and prices

• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. UK delivery is included.
• Your order is confirmed when we email you your receipt.
• If we spot a pricing mistake, we'll tell you before we print and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your artwork

• You must have the right to use everything in the files you send us.
• We check your artwork before printing and tell you if something needs fixing.
• Please check spelling, images and colours on your proof. Once you approve it, we print it as it is.
• Colours can look slightly different on paper than on a screen.

Production and delivery

• Delivery dates shown are estimates, counted from when your artwork is approved.
• If your artwork needs changes, the delivery date moves to match.
• Please make sure the delivery address is right. You can ask us to change it from your order page before it is dispatched.

Changing or cancelling

Your products are made specially for you, so once we start printing we can't cancel or change the order. Before that, contact us and we'll do what we can.

Problems with your order

If something is damaged, wrong or not printed as approved, email us as soon as you can with your order number and photos. We'll reprint or refund it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for the products we sell and the service we give you. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't have reasonably predicted, or for problems caused by files you approved. Nothing here limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Your account and information

We use your details as set out in our privacy policy. Keep your sign-in email safe, because anyone with access to it can reach your account.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
