What are stickers on a sheet?

Identical printed stickers on an A3 sheet. Each one peels off on its own while the backing sheet stays in one piece. Every order is one shape and size, which makes them ideal for packaging seals, product labels, price stickers and swing tags.

How many stickers do I get per sheet?

It depends on the size: 8 per sheet on the biggest sizes, up to 70 on 37mm circles and 25 × 51mm rectangles. Every size and its sheet count is listed in the specifications.

Why does the quantity go up in steps?

We print full sheets, so you order in multiples of the sheet count. 51mm circles come 30 to a sheet, for example, so you can order 30, 60, 90 and so on. The smallest order is one sheet.

What size do I need for my packaging?

Measure the flat area you're sticking to and leave a few millimetres spare. 37mm circles suit tissue paper and paper bags, 51–64mm circles suit box lids and cups, and the larger rectangles suit mailer box fronts and jar or bottle labels.

Should I choose matt or gloss?

Gloss is shiny and makes colours look brighter, and it grips well on card and plastic bags. Matt has a flat, natural paper feel with no glare, and you can write on it, which is handy for prices and dates.

No. They're paper stickers, so they're best on dry, indoor surfaces. Keep them away from anything that gets wet.

Can I use them in the fridge or freezer?

The fridge is fine: matt stickers are suitable for chilled food. They're not for the freezer, as home freezers run at around -18°C, below the stickers' -10°C limit.

Can I put a border around my design?

We'd advise against it. Stickers can shift up to 2mm when they're cut, so a thin border can end up looking off-centre. Run your background colour right to the edge, into the 3mm bleed, instead.

How do I set up my artwork?

Download the template for your size, add 3mm bleed, and save a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined or embedded. Not sure? Choose File Check and our prepress team will check it before it prints, or File Assist and we'll fix it for you.

Can I send my artwork later?

Yes. Place your order and email your artwork over when it's ready. Production starts once we have it.

How quickly will they arrive?

Choose Saver, Standard or Express in the price table. The estimated delivery date for each speed is shown at the top of its column. UK mainland delivery is included in the price.

The detailsstickers

Sticker printing, priced in seconds.

Stickers turn plain packaging into branded packaging. Seal a box or a bag of tissue paper, label your products, make swing tags or price stickers, or drop a freebie in every order. Stickers on a sheet are perfect when you need lots of the same design: one shape, one size, one strong message.

Each order is full-colour printed stickers, all the same size, kiss-cut on A3 sheets so every sticker peels off on its own while the backing stays in one piece. Choose from 18 sizes across circles, ovals, rectangles and squares, on matt or gloss sticker paper. Build your spec above and the price updates as you go, with free UK mainland delivery.

18 sizes: Circles, ovals, rectangles and squares.
8–70: Stickers per A3 sheet, depending on size.
Matt or gloss: Matt is writable and fridge-safe.
Peel & stick: Kiss-cut, ready to apply.

Artwork checklist.

Get these right and your stickers print exactly as designed. Our free File Check catches problems before anything is printed.

01Download the template for your shape and size from the packs above.
02Supply a PDF in CMYK colour, not RGB, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines.
03Add 3mm bleed on every edge.
04Don't use a border or keyline around the edge: stickers can move up to 2mm when cut, so a border looks uneven. Run your background colour off the edge instead.
05Keep text and logos well inside the cut line.
06Use images at 300dpi.
