What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Print Nation (printnation.co.uk) sells printed products in the UK. We decide how your personal information is used, which makes us the “controller” under UK data protection law. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your company name, if you give us one.
- Your delivery and billing addresses.
- Your orders, and the artwork files you send us.
- The messages you send us by email, form or phone.
We never see or store your card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Square.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your name and email address, and nothing else. We don't get your Google password, and we don't read your Google files, contacts or emails.
Why we use it
- To take, print and deliver your order.
- To send your receipt, proofs and delivery updates.
- To keep your account, so ordering next time is quicker.
- To answer your questions and sort out problems.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law asks us to keep.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed to do the job, and we don't sell your information. That means:
- Our payment provider, to take your payment.
- The partners who produce and deliver your order, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver it.
- The services we use to send email and keep our systems running.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your basket before you sign in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for six years, because tax law requires it. We keep your account details until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- send you a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your account and details (we'll keep only what the law makes us keep);
- stop using your information in a way you object to.
Email [email protected] and we'll reply. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
