If you'd rather we fixed the problems for you, choose File Assist. We'll resize, fix fonts and correct the layout for a flat fee. Nothing goes to print until the artwork is right.

Can I send my artwork later?

Yes. Place your order and email your artwork over when it's ready. Production starts once we have it.

Artwork checklist.

Get these right and your pens print exactly as designed. Our free File Check catches problems before anything is printed.

01Design to the 43.1 × 15.2mm print area: our template has it marked.
02Supply a vector PDF: photos and gradients can't be reproduced.
03Use one solid colour: no gradients or photos.
04Flatten your design and turn off overprint.
05Keep text at least 8pt and avoid fine lines: the branding area on a pen is small.
