How is my logo added?

Screen printed in one solid colour. Send a simple, single-colour version of your logo.

How big is the print area?

38.1 × 19.1mm. Bold, simple logos and short text work best on a pen.

How many can I order?

The quantities you can choose are shown in the price table, and the price per pen drops as you order more.

Will you check my artwork?

Yes. File Check is free and selected by default: our prepress team check size, resolution and more, and contact you if anything needs fixing. If you'd rather we fixed the problems for you, choose File Assist. We'll resize, fix fonts and correct the layout for a flat fee. Nothing goes to print until the artwork is right.

Can I send my artwork later?

Yes. Place your order and email your artwork over when it's ready. Production starts once we have it.

How long will my order take?

Choose Saver, Standard or Express in the price table. The estimated delivery date for each speed is shown at the top of its column.

02Supply a vector PDF: photos and gradients can't be reproduced.
03Use one solid colour: no gradients or photos.

05Flatten your design and turn off overprint.
06Keep text at least 8pt and avoid fine lines: the branding area on a pen is small.
